Default brake light problem

so today I was installing my type r spoiler on my 96ls, and now my brake lights don't work. I have the type r with the led light in the spoiler. so I decided that I would remove the factory 3rd brake light and wire up the new one. Now my brake lights don't work. I checked all of the fuses and can't find one that just says brake lights. The one's in the car, under the dash, are not for the brake lights (or maybe I can't find it), and the one's in the engine, say ABS, and when I check the fuses none of them are blown, maybe I'm just missing it. So my question is what do you guys think. I need help asap. Maybe I wired the spoiler wrong. I have black (spoiler wire) to black (trunk wire) and red (spoiler) to green (trunk).

someone help! PLEASE

its under then hood i believe it says HORN and STOP.
if that fuse is okay the next thing to look at would be your brake light switch
it is located under the dash on the arm of the brake pedal, it looks like a little toggle switch that pushed in and out. sometimes the rubber on them tends to get old and causes it to stay stuck closed.

Ya, thats a dangerous situation, if none of that works try to undo everything you did previously and put it back the way it was, see if they come back!
