you will need to add vtec wiring in order for vtec to work.

if you have the vtec harness from rywire then that will fix that issue (youll still need to extend sensor wires on your f22 harness to complete the rest)...if you have the h swap harness from rywire then follow the directions but for the most part its going to be plug and play

Which harness did you get from rywire? is it a OBD convertr subharness? or is it a swap harness?

You will need to run the P13 ECU. As for the wiring, did you send out a wireharness and have them wire it for you? if thats the case, then its all plug and play.

what are you bumping this for? you can edit your posts

did you get the knock and iab's added? you will end up reusing/modifying the f22 wiring harness and adding in the rywire one

well lets get specific...what are you stuck on?

the wiring that needs to be extended should be fairly obvious when you start to compare the engines and the harnesses side by side there. if you need more guidance the h22 swap thread has the wiring procedures for you

ok a little update.

so engine is out.

and now onto wiring.
their not long enough the H22 wires and the accord wires.

i was told that i can just get another wire harness from another accord.

and if thats true. which harness would i need?

my friend said the one without a coil. and he said the one that sits under/behind the transmission

what are you talking about?

to the OP...reuse the harness off the f22 you are removing, just modify it where needed to reach the sensors on the h22...you will have to do a little workaround at the coil since you have an external and the h22a is internal, but it is simple and documented here. there is no need to go and get another harness if you have a perfectly good one at your disposal.
