clanking noise in front end 2000 si
a week ago i started to get the normal "you need new half axles" noise, so i replaced both sides, well now i have a BAD vibration in the drivers side when i go to stop/turn/ or when cruise control is on over 70. i checked because it almost sounded like they were in all the way, they are. but the noise is still there only happens when you lightly hit the brakes, or are cruising along at the same speed it will vibrate then stop. any ideas?
car has new axles, pass side has new wheel bearing, brakes and rotors all around, only think i can think of is the driver side wheel bearing or possibly the intermediate shaft since the vibration can be felt in both the steering wheel, and passenger side floor board.

It kinda sounds like the wheel bearing on the driver side. Have you checked to make sure everything was tightened back up after you did the axle swap?
