Default Can't find a wheel I like

I've posted this in the Wheel/Tire forum as well, but since this is for a Prelude, I thought I would post in here as well....

I'm trying to find a wheel that looks about like this.
The specs I want are:
17X7.5
+50 offset
14-16lbs each
under $200 each

I've looked and looked and can't find something like it. Closest I've found is a 17X7, +40 offset, and 20lbs each. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

14 lbs for 17s is cost to COST you for most options. Maybe some Kosei K1s or Rotas could get you there...

Might check out http://www.wheelweights.net

14-16lbs....i'd even be willing to go up to 18lbs, but nothing over that....if the wheel meets all requirements except price, i'd go up to $300/rim....Rota doesn't make anything I like or meets my specs

5zigen Fno1r-C are 5 spoke rims like those and I believe around 16lbs. They are around $150 per rim as well. THe only thing is that the spokes are a bit smaller. The style is very similar though

I prefer the wider spoke, more like the Hyper 5ZR. Can't find anything in a 17x7.5, though

Good choice I didn't realize they were that cheap...

Just re-checked prices and they've gone up a bit, now about $180 for 17". $150 for 15's though

Anyways, here's all the rims discount tire has in 17x7.5. They all look dumb though, and they are probably heavy.

Have you considered Motegi Trak Lites? It's going to be tough finding a lightweight wheel with those specs that meets your visual requirements. Good luck though

I prefer a wider spoke and a smaller price tag, but i did consider them. and Yes, it has been tough. I think I've looked at over 6000 wheels in the last week.

He has a 5th gen so we have 5x114.3 rims as opposed to the 4 lug of the 4th gen.

if a 17x7 with a +40 offset is what i wanted, i wouldn't be asking for a 17x7.5 with a +50 offset. I've already found plenty of 7"/+40 rims....that's NOT what I want. Nor am I looking for a skinny spoke like the traklite or 5zigen.

Ok well here's what I've dug up so far (yeah I've got nothing to do tonight lol)

http://www.srtforums.com/forum...20763/

Those rims are sold but I believe that it's basically as close to what you want as you're gonna get. The offset was +35 though

Ok this is just a running log as I search lol

I found their site and here are those rims: http://www.motoforge.com.tw/English/tuning_EN.htm

They are the GR-05 about half-way down the page and the offset is really close to what you're looking for but not exact. They meet all the other requirements though. Pretty snazzy looking as well

Quick edit for a pic:

Ok I'm done for tonight now lol, good luck with the search

5Zigen Fn01r-c ar bad ***. Used to have some one the teg. The are a little fragile tho. They were 17lbs for a 17x7 wheel. Looked awesome.

hadn't seen or heard of Akuma. This website shows the wheel as 17x7.5, but doesn't give offset or weight. So I googled it and found every other website offering this wheel says it's 17x7 with a +40 offset. Also, no website mentioned weight. But the wheels look good. The N-05 looks better.
