b18a...b18b difference?
Is there a difference between the too, i'm asking cause I'm getting a hondata 2b, the only base maps I see on the web site is for b18a, well I got a b18b. Is that gonna make a difference?
same motor...b18a are from 90-93 Integras..b18b are from 94 and up integra.
The 1g B18a is from the 90-91 tegs. It has 130hp.
in 1992 the 2nd gen b18a arrived with 140, due to bigger cams (more lift and duration), better exhaust and intake manifolds. The trannies are also different.
In 1994 the b18b came with better head design (coolant passages changed) and different intake manifold again. 142hp officially. (tranny changed again)
Basically, the same motors, but there are differences.

There have been differences over the years.

Also the ECU Chages affect power output in a minor way
