yep, what he said. your gonna have to tear that cluster*uck all back apart and figure out where the wiring got crossed. i hate electrical problems like that. good luck
any idea what plugs coulda been mixed? im gonna pull out the fuse box and re put it all in. when i pull the key out i still get power to the fusebox inside the car. the wiper arm makes the check engine light go. and when i turn on my lights it goes on too.
Whats going on here. i need help. i got a day to findout whats wrong with this. anybody know somethings that can make this happen? where can wires be crossed?
their's just too many wires that you were working on back there for anyone to conceivably know exactly where you screwed up. by the sounds of it more than one thing was mixed up. You're going to have to go back over everything you did until you figure out what was messed up.

How did you figure out removing the wiper arm? Is it creating a ground? Is it 'powered'? (more ways than one).
Maybe play with that a bit...

i diddnt remove the arm. when i pull it like its gonna spray the chech engine light gets brighter. and the engine light and oil light are always on even when i shut my car off. when i flip the turning signals the engine light goes off. and when i push the hazard button i get this loud noise in my speakers. the signal light light up on the cluster but no clicking. but the turning signal arm dont make the arrows go off on the cluster,.

You are changing your description, and not taking the time to explain what happens when. I bet you are doing it from memory and are incorrect as well. No
for you
Take the time to research/type it out, and post.

when i mean i pull the wiper arm i mean like to make the sprayers go my temp gauge goes all the way up when ever i do anything on the wiper side.. my check engine light is always on even when not started. when i push the hazards i hear this loud noise in my speakers. but the hazards dont go. turning signals dont work. my cigg/cluster/cd player lights dont work. theres always a beeping noise. all the fuses are good. power to all of them. i wll make a video when i get off work tonight to show you whats happening. sorry for not explaining right. im just getting a little mad.

just remember who did the labor, its not your cars fault
pick up a good manual with the wiring scheme (like a helms manual
), that should help you fix this.

the first one looks like the cig lighter relay. probably not the issue, but maybe it shouldnt get hot IDK.
and the second one is the jumper harness for checking CEL codes, which is always unplugged like that.
I imagine you problems are elsewhere, I would focus on the under dash fuse panel and look for similar connectors that could possbly be mixed up. I mean interchangable connectors.

thanks. i pulled the dash today. i gotta go to work soon so i cant find out what the problem is today. there is a missing connector on the top or the fuse panel. i has 3 big pins. i just dont have anything to go to it., could it be for a sunroof? idk i got all the harness out and everything im gonna mess with it with my dash out. a little easyer. and the harness is from the civic. im not using the crx dash harness. and the harness im using is untouched. not spliced or cut anywhere.
I doubt that its as simple as a bad relay
