Default Idle problem after installing front strut bar...could i of damaged the throttle cable?

I just installed a PWJDM front strut tower bar in my 90 crx si...and in order to do so i had to push some wires down and lift up the fuse box but then it fit into place and everything bolted down. Now when i start the car the rmp goes to 2,000-3,000 and stays there. How can i get this back to normal?

push the throttle body closed to see if the idle goes down if it doesn't then the throttle cable is fine

sounds like you got the brake booster line loose or some other vacuum line. Just double check them all.
