Default 92 civic alot of blue somke and exhaust pipe spits oil!

I have a 92 civic and the exhaust spits out blue smoke and oil..replaced the head gasket...Smells when you get on it real hard..Almost feels like it isnt firing on all cylinders but is...doesnt have power till 2500.thinking rings??...Can anyone help??

piston rings are shot. do a compression test and see what the results are

Are any of your spark plugs oily? Valve stem seals could probably be replaced as well...
