how do you wire cooling fan to a switch?

Default how do you wire cooling fan to a switch?

i recently put a 2000 gsr into my 98 civic and since then the cooling fan won't turn on so the car is getting hotter than operational temp when im standing stiill and goes back to normal when driving. I checked the fuse and it is fine, what else can i check or how can i wire it to a switch? thanks

just wire it like any other switch and plug it in to the fan port so it can get a grond easy!

first test the terminal, put positive on 1 side and negative on the other and make sure it blows inwards the engine bay. then remember those. Next ground the negative and then put the positive on the battery to the switch then put the positive on the fan terminal to the switch. that easy. the switch is just a cutoff...
