1999 Civic electrical problem

1999 Civic electrical problem
Hey All,
I have an electrical issue and cant seem to pin point it
I keep blowing Fuse 15 which controls the alternator, the O2 sensor and the VSS
So i have a issue with all 3 alternator is only putting out 12.73 Volts , the o2 sensor says it fails when hooked up to the computer to test and the VSS jumps all over the place
I am unable to find the wiring diagrams for the fuse panel/alternator, vss and o2 sensor
any help would be great
