Default Tranny removal questions

Okay I have a 93 VX hatch and Im swapping the tranny, and i saw on two different write ups step that aren't listen in my Helms. removing the radiator and unbolting the fuel line from the firewall? Are these stepas necessary and why arent the listed in the helms? Also do i remove the engine mount or just the transmission mount? And when do I lower the jack. and when do I remove the transmission to engine bolts, when its jacked up? Or when I let the jack down after I remove the mount?

there is no need to remove the fuel line or the engine mounts just the tranny mount. you also dont have to touch the radiator. you jack it up when you remove the mounting bolts that hold the tranny to the engine or it will just fall to the ground, and i have seen tranny's crack so be careful.

Thanks. Thats why some of these DIYs give me headaches because they have misinformation. I guess I should just live by the helms.
