Im guessing you mean aftermarket? OPM motorsports has a lot of suspension stuff for 84-87 civic/crx's. For the front many companies make struts for them i.e., Tokico, Koni and KYB and OPM has 22 and 27 mm torsion bars. I know that Ground control makes coilovers for the rear. Check out OPM though they offer a lot of suspension upgrades.

23mm torsion bars from Ground Control or OPM, rear coil over kit from OPM, Tokico or Koni adjustable shocks, remove front sway bar, add rear sway bar (I like the 19mm Addco bar), and Energy Suspension bushings. This will give you a killer suspension.

Sorry, should have clarified. If you're autocrossing you should remove the front sway bar. For street and track, you may want to leave it on.

Reason? If you remove the front sway bar you reduce understeer. Same reason for adding a rear sway bar, you increase oversteer.

Generally stiff front = understeer, stiff rear = oversteer. Manufacturers dial in understeer because it's safe for the general non-enthusiast public. This is bad for optimal race oriented front drive handling.
