Check your wiring harness.
The term "rough idle" is really a pet peeve of mine. THat has scuh a wide deffinition and it such an ocward vehicle diagnostic.
Some suggestions:
-Dirty cat
-Bad 02
-Bad Spark Plugs and/or Wires
-Dirty Oil (maybe)
