Well just the other day I went out to start my car and my battery was dead. After jumping it I noticed the tailights were staying on. I checked all fuses and such but don't know what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

 

check the plastic bumper that hits the brake light switch at the brake pedal.

yeah what ^ he said. replace it with like small screw and nut or go buy one. this is actually a well known problem

 

you can get the plastic piece at honda dealership for around 5 bucks.

Thanks for respsonses. I put a screw in there and fixed it for now. I'll probably order a new piece this week.
