The main relay controls fuel not spark. Check the coil and igniter in the distributor. Also make sure there aren't any blown fuses and that the distributor connector is getting battery voltage.

The main relay controls the fuel pump and fuel injectors. Is the fuel pump priming?

Check the critical ground wire on the thermostat housing -- loose, disconnected, corroded?

If you have power to the distributor, no CEL codes (e.g., distributor sensors), and grounds are good, then focus on the coil and igniter and their wires and connectors.

Have you also inspected the plugs, wires, cap and rotor?

Check whether fuse 47 (hood) or fuse 31 (dash) is blown.

Are you able to retrieve any CEL codes?

Results from tests in the diagram should be informative, particularly those with the YEL/GRN wire.

Now that you know that you also don't have fuel, you may want to check the wire between the MAP sensor and ECU at some point.

Try the electrical troubleshooting of the distributor shown in the diagram of my earlier post.

Yeah, a problem with the primary O2 sensor/heater (code 41) isn't going to lead to a no-spark situation.
