I am at work & i was checking my engine oil to see how much I need to add on. When pulled the hood latch to release the hood it seem kind stuck right there. Now I can't close the hood down all the way.
HELP PLEASE!

Look at the latch. Get a pair of needle nose pliers (or something similar) and pull the cable from there. I would go invest in a new cable when you get time.
Yeh, this actually just starting happening to me, its the spring down buy the latch from all the dirt and buildup, take a screwdriver or something and towards the right of the spring slide it left, its just sticking, when you get time clean that front latch area with some kind of degreaser or something, or invest in a new hood latch cable, its like 53.00 at acura.
You might just need to loosen the latch at the radiator support, and slide it upwards a little bit before tightening it back down. Changing the hood sometimes requires adjusting the latch a little bit as all hoods aren't created equal.
