seems like everyday something else comes up and im beggin for help on h-t well anyway i got a 90 crx hf with lsvtec well sorda vtec isnt hooked up yet its a b16 head with a b18a block has dc header and aem fuel rail lil odds and ends anyway car was running fine then yesterday it just started like sputtering at idle i mean everytime i put it into neutral it feels like its gonna die out and i gotta a real strong smell of fuel everytime its idling it feels like its gonna die matter of fact i was in netrual and it just died at like a 40mph roll so whats going on here any ideas?? and how do i get rid of this smell its killing me

02 isnt even hooked up its a 4 wire o2 and i have a pr4 which requires a 1 wire i can buy it but i dont know how to hook it up there doesnt seem to be a port on the harness maybe i could run the wire straight to the ecu my self if thats even where it goes i dont know im lost

you answered your own question. 4 wire o2, and it requires a 1 wire. change it. there is a port for it on the harness, that probably they cut off, or got ripped out. so you may have to make a new one or run the o2 straight the the ecu

 

Have you tried using another ecu? To make sure that the one you are using hasn't been tampered with?

When was the last time you performed a maintenance check?

This may be a sign of getting a motorcycle.

 

so if i hook up the o2 my car wont be sputtering everytime i put it into neutral i mean sometimes it even dies when im rollin up to a red light and smells like gas big time i was thinking there is probably a leak in my evap system
