Default Brake pedal feels soft after replacing rotors and pads

Hi,
I just installed cyro power slot rotors (all 4) and Hawk HPS pads on my 2002 EX-V6 Sedan. The brakes stop excellent. Only problem I have is that I have to press my pedal a little harder than b4 i installed the brakes to stop. The pads were embedded properly as stated by Hawk. Would bleeding the brakes tighten up the pedal feel? Any advice would greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
