I got my sunshade out to get reupholstered as the years has not been kind to it with kids and all.

was putting it back together and the the bolt broke for rail holder B on the driver's side.

does anybody know how to get the bolt for rail hoder b on the driver''''s side out?

don''''t remember looking at it but do I have to pry the headliner down to get it out?

I ordered a new railholder b, nut, bolt, and cover but I was wondering if anybody knows how to get the bolt out. I was glad you could order the bolt - that means it is replaceable and not in the sunroof tray as I feared.

if it just sits there it should be a piece of cake but was wondering if it goes through the sunroof tray and you have to move the headliner down to remove it.

it was late and dark but the railholder was busted when I opened this thing up on the driver's so I am kind of glad I did this because I would of never found that and I had enough thread to put the bolt back on but not the railholder. it is hard to tell from looking at the shop manual how the bolt comes out and would like to know before I put the sunshade back after it is upholstered and I have the new rail holder in hand.
