I have a Magnaflow exhaust and looking to get a silencer for it. Now that I have heard some automatics (from outside the car when they ride by) with exhausts the sound just makes me want to puke. Anyhow, where can I get a silencer for my exhaust and how effective are they?

Do they make one for it? cause the magnaflow is really huge compared to "fireballs"...Maybe you can use the same one has the Apexi Turbo N1 muffler..I'm not sure..but if they DO make one for the muffler, itll be around $30 or so..do you have a resonator? thatll lower the noise a little if you dont have one...

 

oh yeah...BTW....Silencers work...especially on Tanabe RM's...

 

Yeah, Magnaflow makes one. I was just wondering if any shops on-line sold their products. ...I guess I'll head to the dealer the site recommended and get a new a$$hole while I am at it

They work, but mine likes to whislte at idle. I only use it on longer trips, to keep from getting too much attention. A red car at 80 mph silent gets a lot less ateention then one at 70 that sounds like it is ging 100.
