is stock fuel pressure ok for boost

can you run stock fuel pressure or do you abpsolutely need a regulator?

a stock reg will rise 1:1.
you dont need an aftermarket reg, untill fuel demands say so.

how much power you plan on making?

its just a single cam with a t04e on like 7-8 lbs. nothing special
