Just a little extension for the OP:

If memory serves me correctly (I might be mixing up cars here) the drains end in the door jam, so when the door is closed it exits through the panels - though I don't know where the rear ones are.

Though I want to say that may not be on a civic...but I'm not sure.

nah for the coupes the rear drains hoses goes through the quarter panel skins and to the back sides where the water exits through a hose that is covered by the rear bumper.. as for the fronts, the hoses travel from the sunroof down the front pillars to the side of the kick panels which exits outside behind your fenders..

find the leak in the rubber lining...its probably in the rubber lining. hose down your car and fin dthe leak, and you should be able to fill up the hole with silicone...thats what i did.

ok - i took off the black plastic cover inbetween teh windshield and hood, i found some rust in teh passenger side corner and think this MIGHT be the problemo...i stuffed some silicon there for now and we'll see what happens...
i poured some water down the drain hole on that side (before i plugged it) and i saw it spewing out from sortta behind the ccu area...not sure if the rust i plugged up would let the water go to that area?

My rusty '92 VX from WI had rusted through spots under the trim along the top of the car. Filled it with what I had around the house (window chaulking) and that did it! Mine also dripped down close to the ecu and then also near the fuse block on the driver's side. Kinda scary actually...so fixing that was priority one!
