Default h22 EK hatch PROBLEM

I got a 97 Ek hatch with a JDM h22a swap in it. I bought this car like 2 months ago and it was running perfectly fine. Now it sputters at 2000-3000rpm. Also it's blowing out black smoke when I floor it. I replace the spark plugs/caps/rotor/fuelfilter/sparkplugswires. It seems my car is running rich I'm guessing. Any advice on how to fix my problem?

the sputtering could be caused by a bad 02 and as far as the smoke, it could be rings or valve seals

I agree with THC07, because if it was rings it would be a white or bluish color, if it was valve seals it would smoke when you first crank it up and then it would quit after driving for a little bit.

I drive it normally and I can smell that rich smell when I stop. I didn't have this problem before. And whenever I took a look at my spark plugs they seem to be goin bad again and I just replaced them.

Nope. Not throwing any codes. I check that already. No CEL light and I brought it to mechanic to check if its throwing codes none at all. The motor is pretty New.
