Default ECU help

so i posted my problems on here once before and figured out what was wrong with my del sol. I know my engine is a d16z6 and it IS manual. i also know i need a P28 ecu off a manual car. Now i got an ecu i just want to make sure that as long as it is a p28 i should be fine. the list of #'s on the side of the ecu are different except the 'p28' near the end. i hope im making sense just dont want to plug it in and make more problems for myself...

EDIT:
Before you read the title and say "that's not what I'm asking" - read that whole thing.

ok so i think youre trying to show that those numbers after 'p28' just show if its auto or not. but can someone just clarify?

That's what I got out of it - unless it's completely wrong.

There's lots of info on auto vs manual P28's hanging around both honda-tech, and the web in general.

Look around. See what claims/instructions match others..

it is an auto now that ive done some more lookin around but the previous owner swears it worked fine with his manual hatch. when looking at the bottom right i see the RP__ section.

rp3, rp5 and rp14 are the only open spots. anyone know if that means it has been converted already?

it will work fine.
if there is no code then your fine.

look at RP17, is it gone or look as if its been tamperd with?
if its open then its had its conversion.
