I have ls vtec turbo runs like a champ, but last night when i was driving home, car shuts off, no cel, the car cranks but it seems like no spark, we change coil in middle of night and jump start and still it cranks but doesnt start? what could be problem, spark plugs? i dont drive this car much only race and meets. is tuned with obd 1 p72 crome.

may sound stupid but check and make sure you have gas. and check your fuel filter. acutually look in the tank, not by the gauge.

Is your Main relay clicking? fuel pump priming?

also check and make sure the spark plug wires are acutally giving spark to the spark plugs.

all these things have happened to me.

 

Check all your fuses, sounds like something that happened to me. Fuel and Spark Next, start with easies first

 

My gas gauge shows I have gas. I replaced plugs and recharge battery and still wont start. It cranks , but doesnt wanna start. There seems to be fuel since i can smell gas when we crank it

 

check your igntion fuse under the dash

 

we tried my dizzy on my friends gsr and it starts fun, so its not dizzy, its not ecu, what could it be? It cranks and has compression
