gsr heater hoses into crx, firewall routing?
I almost have my swap complete, I have run into a couple issues with the heater hoses on the gsr. I have the bulky metal heater hose running to nothing? I have one of the longer hoses that is plugged up in the firewall run to the inlet under the distributor. I have a few diagrams, do I have something reversed? Do I need to cut any hoses? Whats the deal here? Oh and I am using the BLOX mani
Here are the diagrams someone help me get my head around this

you really only need your 2 radiator hoses,2 heater hoses, and your oil cooler hoses. you could probably just block off the rest of the hoses, damn they make the gsr's complicated.
by the way im the guy that sold you the oil pan and pickup

IACV may or may not work right (along with the rest of the intake manifold) on cold starts in the winter if you don't hook up those lines.
The throttle body kind of tags along with that.
They do make the hoses on them too damned complicated though, everytime I look closely I start scratching me head.

Haha, oil pan is lovely man, thanks again for coming through on that. Someone has to know for sure where that stupid *** metal line goes
dont use the metal line. run the longer line to the inlet under the dizzy and the shorter heater hose at the fire wall to the first nipple from the left on the water tube.
on the b16's they dont have the 3 nipples the heater core hose runs to the inlet o the thermo housing. the gsr housing doesnt have it.
the second nipple runs your oilcooler and the third is for the iacv and tb which is up to you if you use

that line goes to the heater core (the other nipple/line coming out of the firewall, the one you havent connected), I used 2 rubber hoses to connect that line, so I cant comment on making that metal line work.
I have the longer hose coming out of my firewall connecting to the inlet under the dizzy, and the shorter hose on the firewall connected to the thermo housing and I think I'll be safe. I think I'm just gonna plug that line and remove the hard line
Thanks for the tips guys, I'll let you know what happens, and if anyone else has a clue on how to do this chime me in.

so you just connected that line to the inlet under the dizzy?

its the hose right under the fuel line on the firewall, the firewall end of the hose in this pic below should connect to the metal line.

the hose in the middle of this pic is wrong, the end on the thermostat housing should connect to the intake manifold (the large nipple) its hose #9 in the first diagram
and the firewall end of the hose (in the picture) is where the metal pipe should be connected to, it will probably have to be modified.

is the thermostat housing a different one?
the nipple/fitting on it should bend up 90 degrees like in the diagram.
and it looks like your thermostat housing is missing the smaller fitting on it, again compare it to the diagram.
