so ill try to make it short, the horn hasnt been working for awhile. i have an fg-360 but everything is wired up but no luck. i tried to find the harness for it but it looks like someone cut it off. any help would be greatly appreciated as i am stuck on this one bolt ons and general work on the itr is easy but i suck at wiring.. thanks
Been a while since I played with an aftermarket wheel in a DC2, but IIRC you will need to wire up the horn button, but you'll also need to have a contact 'arm' touching constantly on the back of the hub.
With the old EF's and such, it was a simple plug and play. But with the newer cars (DC2), it is a bit more difficult. I am not sure if anyone ever came up with a kit or not.

Try this thread, it has the contact arm Todd00 mentioned.

Remove the horn from the bumper and use two wires, pos and neg. OR run two wires from the battery to the horn.
When I went to hook up the horn on my JDM ITR non-SRS wheel in my old hatch, the horn didn't work even though the wiring was correct (relay clicked when I pressed the button). The horn was actually bad, so I replaced it.

ok just an update i went to a local dealer today. the tech who i always have work on my car, attached a wire harness to the horn. said that the horn beeped but not from the horn buttons on the fg-360...he said everthing seems to be wired up right and it needs a ground. but today at home i took the wheel off and it seems the mugen hub has a contact wire welded to the front but not the back.
how can i make a contact for the back? will using wires from the stock wheel work?
thanks... i need a
