Bass not working!

Bass not working!
I just put speakers in the back of my 94 LS Integra a few weeks ago, and now the bass is not working on the back rear speaker. I think i tried switching them, and they are both the same. I've played with just about every function on the deck (Pioneer 4400) and nothings changed. Anyone have any suggestions?
