my car's dying!! sticky / grinding tranny, . what's going on?
all this happened after a track day. when i went to the track . the car had some problems. the car threw cel #22 vtec "pressure" solenoid when i reach vtec point. and it goes away after i shut the car off. and the cel won't appear if i dont use vtec. and i noticed that my tranny was acting up. so i did tranny fluid change today and it's still the same
it's hard to shift gears it feels sticky... going from 2nd gear to 3rd. and going from 4th to 5th.. and when i try to downshift from 3rd gear to 2nd gear. it doesn't wanna go in and makes smooth grinding noise. like sheeeheheeehe. not tututuutututuk lol this happends when i have my clutch pedal all the way down and downshifting.

Usually stock discs will pop out the springs and cause some disengagement issues. I would look into that after checking clutch hydraulics for proper function.

!!!! i'm getting sick of my car.
just did rebuild 20.000 km ago and now everything's fugged up already.
i'm burning oil like crazy. burned 1L + in 1300 km trip.
CEL 22 came on at the track. had no vtec
my car's making that werid clicking noise from front end.
my hid's are going.
all my bushings are done
and now new clutch is gonezo?
MAN !!
my clutch does squeak pretty loud when i press it down when car's now running

just did rebuild 20.000 km ago and now everything's fugged up already.
i'm burning oil like crazy. burned 1L + in 1300 km trip.
CEL 22 came on at the track. had no vtec
my car's making that werid clicking noise from front end.
my hid's are going.
all my bushings are done
and now new clutch is gonezo?

yeah i had a similar problem but not as bad as yours, have you tried bleeding the clutch? that helped me

have you done any tests to find the cause of the oil consumption?

some local machine shop. i dont think it's his fault.
had sensors switched up so had hard time starting the car. didnt label the connectors
