Default Oil and gunk in exhaust port 2

I removed my header yesterday to find that in the exhaust port of cylinder 2 there was a wet gunk looked like oil buildup. All the other cylinders looked dry just black with slight if any carbon buildup. How big of a problem is this ? I do burn oil but its not too excessive, ive added about maybe a 1 qt in over 1k or so. This is on an h22a with around 90k on it.

Could possibly have a bad valve seal at that cylinder. Noticed any power loss lately?

no not really. However there was a valve job done on this head less than a year ago and around 10k. New valve seals.

When you say valve seal do you mean valve seals for oil around the valve guide or the valve not seating properly ?
