edit: my bad on the name of this topic...it should have been maintenence required light....sorry

hey...just got the 122,000 (or whatever mileage it is, i don't really know cuz i've been driving it for a couple months with it on) maintenance required light....so now i supposedly have to take it to honda so they can give me (basically) a $400 tune up (that i don't need) and assess all the repairs that i don't need....is there anything worth changing at this point...all the belts were changed at 105,000 miles and i don't really think it is worth the $400....and one more thing...how the hell do i change that back to green?

you stick your key into the lil slot right next to the light...

i dont know what it could be coming on for you though. when i mine comes on its usually right around 7500 miles inbetween. thats what the owners manual suggests for oil change (i change every 3000) so it could be just basic stull like that... sorry if im rambling

 

NooB, tried the search. check it out for yourself....and if i could find my manual i would do that but until then i'll just keep askin on h-t!

heh noobs are funny when they act like they have been here forever. As for the search function it sucks ***. I used it to search for a topic that I knew existed and no matter how many different ways I put it in it still wouldnt come up with anything back.
