Default Excessive smoke out the exhaust =(

Symptoms:

-A lot of white-ish/grey maybe even blueish white? smoke coming out of exhaust at idle. (not consistently, but it occurs a lot). No smoke when at WOT (atleast none that I can tell). Cold start up consists of light colored smoke, but not as much as when it is warmed up and driven on.
-slight oil residue on top of pistons (mainly cyl#1 and 2)
-Compression test yields 175-180psi across all 4 cylinders

I initially thought it was the oil seals on my turbo going out, but I took it apart, and there was no oil residue on both the cold and hot side, but I did put on an oil restrictor just to see if it would reduce the smoke (which it HASN'T).

The motor set up consists of a freshly rebuilt LS-V, with 9:1 compression Wiseco pistons and rings, Eagle rods, and ACL bearings. The head consists of brand new OEM valve seals.

What do you guys suggest it is? Oil consumption is almost NONE.

did you pull the turbo manifold off to check and see if it's coming through the exhuast ports?

I did pull the manifold off, and the ports on the exhaust side looked clean. I didn't see any oily residue. Do you think it'd be wise for me to throw on a stock header to see if it smokes out of there to cancel out the possibility of it being my turbo?

yeah that doesn't hurt. Throw the stock injectors in and put a stock map on it. (if you have s300) Go lay in it and see if it smokes. if it does, then it's internal of course. i bet it's the turbo seals.

what kind of crank case vent system do you have?
