launch control holds your car at a certain rpm, so if you set it right, it will allow you to leave the line without bogging, but also without doing a burnout. The idea is that you will get more consistent drag race launches with launch control.

full throttle shift reads the signal from the clutch switch, so you can leave the gas buried while shifting, the clutch switch activates a minor rpm drop, so you can shift and stay in boost/powerband, etc.. when the clutch switch goes off, the throttle pedal takes over again. the idea here is that you won't see as much of a delay in your shifting process. This feature is also commonly called "no lift to shift" or "expensive" (i made up that last bit..).

a wideband o2 is a special highly sensitive air/fuel ratio sensor. most cars come with what is usually referred to as a narrowband o2 sensor, which basically says "rich" or "lean". the point of a wideband is that it allows you to much more accurately determine the air/fuel ratio of the engine, which allows you or a tuner to optimize the performance of your particulare engine setup. the wideband effectively says "how rich" or "how lean". Out of all the features provided by hondata, this one is the most important for people with non-standard setups.
