i am in need of this same blank that goes in the dash. I have circled it in red, and would appreciate all the help i could get on finding a new one.....thanks!

 

Junkyard man, there should be tons of them. That piece is the same between coupe, hatch and sedan. I got one at my local yard once a few years ago, a previous owner had butchered the original piece for aftermarket cruise control. I actually asked for a price, none of that putting small items in your pocket deal and just said take it. So it shouldn't really cost much either.

 

yeah man junkyard is the number one spot. Im not a thief but some things just happen to fit in my pocket so well.

that piece only comes in gray, it doesn't matter what color the interior is, the climate control and the entire bezel around it is always gray on the 5th gens.

damn man, i just walked out to my car and checked, you sure are right. craziness i tell you.

 

Yeah i know eh, thats why i'm glad my interior is grey, black isn't too bad, but tan/blue/maroon looks like someone replaced that bezel and couldn't get one the right color, i have no idea why honda did that, other than its cheaper.
