Hello all I have a 99 civic dx and I blew the y7 and bought a z6 swap came complete cept the axles and throttle body, the axles obviously can be re used from my car, I ordered the ecu jumper harness and the distributor harness for the necessary ecu change, and I picked up a throttle boody from local junkyard from a 95 ex and slapped that on the manifold got the necessary gaskets and whatnot after the motor was in the car we started it up and it idles great no high revs or low revs just clean but when given gas it boggs out and just shuts off..I replaced the iacv with one from the same junkyrd and it does the same thing and I can't figure out what the hell the problem could be its casuing me to think of selling the car caz the cars been sitting and I have brand new full coilovers and I don't wanna do that somebody please if you have any knowledge whatsoever share the wealth.
