Default help identifying an ECU

Guys can someeon help me identify this ECU
I have searched and did not come up with anything conclusive
37820-p73-013
967-204325

obviously its an itr ecu, but i dont know what revision it is etc, etc

all JDM P73s are OBD2a
you'll need an OBD2a to OBD2b harness to make it plug into your OBD2b car.
It will work fine, but never pass emissions testing. (no OBD2 communication in JDM ECUs)
