well its official im getting rid of the ITR..... It was almost stolen a few weeks ago and I'm tired of worrying about it. I love the car and have not really had a chance to mod it, but i will be moving in an apartment and i need something that these bastards wont try and steal, strip, end up on a civic. Anyways I have narrowed it down to either an S2000 or IS300 5-speed. I have test drove both and I'm leaning towards the IS. Just wanted to get some input from you guys.

 

i doubt your fears of theft/vandalism will go away with either of those cars.

Well in my area i dont know why anyone would target an IS, being there is no market for the parts. Of course that means nothing people steal pieces of **** everyday and who knows why. The reason I want the IS is because there is really no need to mod it IMO, the 5-speed is really responsive, and about the closest thing i can come to an SUV (which is what my wife REALLY wants ). I have a 96 hatch w/ H22A coming that will not see much street use at all so im not completely out of the game!

 

How about a WRX? Turbo, AWD and 4 doors.

agree, and plus the IS not a bad lookin' car. but both S2K or IS that'll work hehehehe

 

I thought about the WRX but the wife thinks they look hideous... LOL and when i actually look at them without having performance in mind, I almost have to agree....
