I found this dude online that is selling me his car for under 3k......mmmmm

what do you think? has only 3k miles on it.

Typical car for sale scam. They will ask you to send a check to some other country.

If it seems like it is too good to be true, it is.

Scam. I had someone try that with me but with a slightly more realistic price. He wanted 18K for the car. It was listed on ebay, he supplied a VIN and everything. Said he moved to europe and it won't pass emissions there which is a lie.

I took a 89 Chrysler Town and Country to Spain and US emissions is more strict which is why our cars suck in the power dep't compared to JDM. He gave me a barrage of other reasons and said he was in italy and he had already shipped the car there. I told him to take pics of an Italian newspaper with today's date in front of the car and to send me a picture of the VIN plate.... Never heard from him again. His eBay item was promptly removed afterwards.

Guess he found another buyer...

haahah I work at ebay...this is a typica scam. what he's going to do is tell you he has the car in Socal and a relative is holding it for him once he gets the money he'll give them a call and have them relase the title to you. not only that he will ask you to send western union money order to italy or where ever the hell it is. thing is wester union dose not require ID to pick up money. all they need is a transaction number. Once he gets his money he'll walk out the door and wipe his *** with free dollar bills.

 

I need to sell an S2000 so i can put my kid through college in nigeria...im selling it for $200, 4 marbled koi fish (babies, yellow or orange), 3 boxes of strike anywhere matches, and vial of camels blood...please IM for further details.
