if you're keeping your stock rev limit, then you don't need new valve springs and retainers.

Ferrea makes some good products right along w/ Crower and Jun Spoon, Just depends on how much money you want to spend. Not sure what the CR is on the B18C1 i think its 12:1? Not quite sure but I know that its fairly high.
