my girlfriends 95 si had the h23 replaced...old one blew up the new motor only has about 65k and when she starts it the idle will quickly drop and stall...another problem is once we get it to idle after manually setting the idle (throttle) for about a minute u can hear the revs goin up and down juss enough to hear the cat rattle...but not enough for the gauge to bounce....n e one have a similar problem....i was thinkin the iacv but wanted to ask first....thanx
