So i ran my car at the track finally and things just didn't go well at all.
Setup: 88 crx si
stock 1g b16
maxrev manifold and downpipe
t3/t4oe 57 trim .63 a/r stage 3 wheel
spearco air/water intercooler using ice water
hondata using a base map from sgt
walboro 255lph high pressure pump
dsm 440's
running .45 bar
Expectations: i was at least expecting to be in the 13's without going to the dyno, considering my good buddy 93lscivic went 13.2 in a bit heavier car with similar set up
reality: 14.4 at 101mph with a 2.3 '60

I would have been happy to see 13.xx for the first night out. What can I realistically expect out of this set up? Maybe I'm over reacting because of the lousy time but when i got my timeslip i just went home. Please, tell me that things will get better and everything will be ok.

uh..with your speed at 101mph(which is pretty decent) you should be in the 13's. Some kid on csi recently trapped 100mph and got a 13.8...

 

Of course every thing is going to be allright! You just ran it once? maybe its your driving never know untill you stick around and get your launches down...

I know the mph is good for 13.xx but i more or less wanted to make a "what will I run post" without really saying that and thus not getting flamed for asking. So what kind of numbers can i expect and what will it run. I'm looking for potentials here not actuals cause obviously i can't drive.

Its your 60 ft. On one pass with my turbo I had a 2.58 60ft with a 16.0 at 100mph!

Then after expermenting with launching, I got a 2.2 60ft, 13.7 at 104!
