i have 205/60R15 on my 99-00 si rims so you can fit a 205 on a 15" rim. i think there a 7" wide wheel.
my 90 CRX si would need 195/50/R15 to match stock size or come close to it.

Worse to worse, DIY fender roll since if it's an issue it'll be quite minor.
These old 4th gens aged differently, it's funny what rubs on one car might not on another.
