Recomended Halogen Headlights
I'm not sure what the difference is between Halogen and Xenon lights but I was hoping I can get some suggestions on what to get for my 06 Accord. I am looking for a bright blue tint headlight. Will I need to buy two for each side (high beem and low beem)?
Thanks!
Thanks!
halogen is standard technology in many cars. Xenon is known as HID (high intensity discharge) and uses xenon gas to produce more light output at lower power. Used on higher model cars. Some good halogens are PIAA Plasma GT-X or Sylvania Silverstar. IF you want Xenon you need to do a retrofit wich involves getting some housings from another model car (such as S2000) and fitting them into your headlights.
BTW, the blue tint crap just lowers your light out put. You want it to be either yellow/white, that gives you the most useable light.

Cool, thanks for that great info! I will most likely go for Halogen lights I think. So I will mention super white I suppose. It sounds like the Xenon lights may be a little bit of trouble to install. Thoughts?
