For some reason, sitting in my 94 ex sedan, the stock seats seam to feel higher up than the stock seats in a hatch. Is this the case? And if so, is it the seat brackets or the actual seat bolt location in the floor pans?

From what I could find searching, people say integra seats sit a touch higher in their hatches vs stock. I sat in a friends hatch with 2000 LS seats (which have a height adjustment), then sat in my stock sedan seats, and I felt like the sedan was up higher. Is this just b/c of the 2000's having the height adjustment, or are the sedan seats positioned higher?

Just looking for a little truth before I do a 4dr integra seat swap (front and rears).

the sedan seats are higher. im not sure why. i will have to look at my two cars but i know for sure the sedan seats are higher. if your switching to teg seats you will notice a drop in height from your sedan seats.

 

So it is the actual sedan seat itself, not the mounting location in the floor pan. Thats good to hear. I dont have any stock coupe/hatch seats to compare rails/seats against to answer this question. If I did I would take a vertical measurement from the floor to the top of the bottom cushion, then put the coupe/hatch seat in the sedan and measure. with the seats in the same slide position. all the way forward or all the way back.

be a good way to have a solid answer for anybody searching in the future..

did it and forgot the numbers already. gonna do it again and let you know. give me a day and ill have it for you.
