Default what temp in f or c should my car be running at

just wondering cause i have an aftermarket gauge and its usually at around 200 degrees F does that seem high???

isn't that what like... all cars run at? honestly it would depend on a couple things, what the temp setting of your thermostat is (like is it setup so the car runs warmer than stock, or cooler than stock), if there's good flow or lots of blockages in the engine, how well air passes through your rad., how well the water pump works... etc.

It also depends on where the sender is installed.
