Okay, I'm not honda expert so this one has me puzzled. 1991 civic 1.5 3DR hatch 5 speed. Now I've always been under the impression that the ecu flashes have been long flashes for the first digit and short quick flashes for the second digit?

With that being said the pattern I'm getting is 14 quick flashes pause 14 quick flashes pause 14 quick flashes pause,,, and so on

The sypmtoms with the car are a somewhat rough idle (the rpm hunts a little between 800-1200) then off Idle the car runs very rough, and wont take any load. By that I mean that to acctually drive the car you have to rev it to about 3500 rpm and slip the clutch and keep the rpms above that. if you try to put any load on it below about 3000-3500 rpm it wont go and wants to stall.
