i have a problem with my stock CRX transmission is stuck in gear!?!?! need some advice...

Okay i have an 89 crx the tranny case cracked so i have another tranny outta my other crx taht has been sitting for a year... the tranny was shifting fine when i took it out and then i installed it in my other crx a year later...

After installing the tranny witha new clutch and throw-out bearing... the tranny feels like its stuck in 2nd gear. it shifts in all gears but it will always be in the same damn gear... it even goes into nuetral but its still in 2nd gear... its always in gear!!! can anyone help me, does anyone know why this could happen????

the problem is a broken 1-2 shift fork

Sounds like what happened when my shift fork gave way.
