so heres the story i jus replaced my tranny and clutch on my B16...after i got it all back in my car and hooked up for sme reason im throwin codes for the MAP,TPS,Electric load sensor and water temp....but its all plugged up idk what to do...any one got any ideas what my poblem is oh and my battery wont hold a charge like the alternator isnt workin... ..hope its not nothin serious..

I would check the grounds.

 

Yea check your ground from the tranny housing to the frame

 

try resetting the ecu aswell.
