Default Bad Ecu?

Sup Everyone,

I am looking for some help with a possible ecu problem. I recently installed a b16a into the crx and have not been able to get it to start. The first time I went to start the car it blew the 14a fuse and the 8A fuse. I replaced these fuses and it blew them several times, so I decided to do some troubleshooting. I replaced the under dash fuse box with another one and the fuses stopped blowing, but car wouldn't start. Then I decided to replace the main relay and the car still doesn't start. Today, I checked all grounds and made sure that they were properly tightened, everything checked out fine. I decided to check the black/yellow power wire running to the ecu to make sure it was getting power and that checked out fine. I did notice that CEL light does not light up on the dash, reverse lights do not work, turn signals do not work, and clock. My main concern right now is just getting the engine to turn over. In addition to all that I have mentioned, I noticed the relay does click twice when key is turned to the on position, and the ecu light flashes once in the on position. The car gets no fuel or spark. Any direction you could possible lead me or suggestions on what to check next?

Thanks

im assuming this is an obd0 jdm b16a correct? what you describe kind of sounds like you don't have the right ecu. if your trying to use an obd0 ecu on an engine that is not obd0 then it's not going to do happy things.

did you go over the wiring to your starter. maybe something isn't quite right there. sounds like maybe you have a ground wire inadvertently tied into a +12v

Yes, this is an OBD-0 Ecu and it is a second b16a. All the grounds are hooked up properly. I do have the OBD-0 Distributor hooked up with the OBD-0 Ecu. What do you suggest?

Nah, it was from the same fusebox as the previous one.

I have come to the conclusion that it might be the fuel pump. I will replace and update after that to let everyone know the situation.
