would it be best to run my ls off of a p28 or p73? for n/a

well the p28 is for sohc vtec engines, and the p73 is for the type r b18c5 engine. Since your b18b engine is neither vtec nor sohc, i wouldn't use either ecu. You could either use a obd1 PR4 from a 92-93 integra which is for a b18a1. or better yet an ob1 p75 ecu which is the stock ecu for a b18b1.
